The high consistency hydrapulper is one of key devicesin the process of deinking the waste paper pulp. It is not only able to slushthe waste paper into the pulp, but also to remove the ink from the fiberthrough the impact from chemicals and the frictional force generated by the mutualeffort from rotor and high consistency pulp fiber. And the pulp can be bleachedto the required degree of whiteness in order to produce usable paper pulp. Besides,the multiple rotors with helical blades which have strong capacity of pulpingare equipped on this machine. And this is a batch beating pulper, can beequipped with screen plate or without.
