This equipment is developed on the basis of model machine from Japan, widely applied in processing the dry broke, especially suitable for defibering and desanding with waste paper pulp.
The working concept of this desander is to utilize the pressure of inflow to remove the heavy impurity that may damage the stator and rotor inside the cone, and because the centrifugal force, the stock completely inelastic collide with stator teeth in high speed (keeping a certain space with stator) along the tangent direction of rotor. This process transforms the mechanical energy into internal energy that can break the binding force between fibers and swell them up. In the next place, the speed difference generated by fibers that collided with stator teeth and those didn’t collide with the teeth will cause hydraulic shearing force and friction between the fibers, plus with the tearing and grinding impact that caused by teeth of stator and rotor, the bulky shive in the stock will be dispersed.
The utilization of centrifugal force to disperse shive and swell up fibers has high consistency with using centrifugal force to remove the sand in the stock, and also it is the reason this desander can dispersing and desanding efficiently but consumes low energy. Finally, this machine has fixed type and adjustable type to choose from.
