The fiber fractionating screen is used to fractionate the long fiber and short fiber in place to process and utilize them specifically and economically. The stock enters the screen cylinder at a certain pressure, then the stock will receive the impact generated by the pressure difference between outer and inner as well as the pressure from rotor, finally the short fiber will be discharged through the screen cylinder, and the long fiber will be discharged upward to a different outlet. Because the “up flow structure”, heavy impurity will be discharged through the outlet at the bottom to reduce the attrition of screen cylinder and rotary drum. In brief, this equipment has advantages of screening pulp in high consistency, strong productivity, efficient fractionation, low power consumption and etc.
