The double eddies hydrapulper has two pulping devices at both ends of the machine, the interaction generated by two eddies greatly enhanced the impact of the flow. Therefore there is no dead angle that the other horizontal pulper usually has, and the stock will be decomposed and brooming (fibrillation), and it produces twice the output of the general horizontal pulper with the same volume, but 10% lower energy consumption.
