Main Characters: The line is designed by the newest Germany technology with its powerful manufacturing ability of PPR/PPB pipe extrusion. Tested by the National Chemistry Testing Center, the pipes can reach to quality standards of international ISO-DIS 15874-22-98PPR. Extruder: The high efficiency extruder is special designed according to the unique processing character of PPR and PPB materials. Imported speed reducer, new model grooving barrel and BM screw bring high extruding ability and remarkable energy saving. Mould: Spiral divided flow die head can match with static milling system which can bring enough mixing for the materials. The inside pressure is more even than with those traditional bracket mould. Calibration cooling system: Special designed vacuum calibration and cooling system, stainless steel water tank, suitable for bigger thickness and larger diameter pipes. Qualified equipment: imported or famous brand made in China products for the extruder reducer, DC regulator, Frequency regulator, PLC, touching screen, PC control system, spray code machine, etc. Flexibility: Ultrasonic thickness and diameter measurer is available and alternative and can inspect at times and alarm when inaccuracy exceeded. Multifunction: by changing different mould, the production line can produce PE, PB, ABS, PEX pipes and those pipes co-extruded in two kinds of materials.
